He was released on a bond after his arrest this week.His attorney, Charles Quinn, declined comment Friday.Police said St. Clair visited his 75-year-old neighbor at the Akron General Medical Center on Oct. 22. The woman was on a ventilator.Authorities say a nurse told investigators the patient’s blood-pressure alarm sounded during the visit.The nurse told police that when she came to the room, a man was holding the woman’s hand under the patient’s blanket.The patient, who was unable to move while on the ventilator, was “visibly upset” during the visit, but calmed after the man left, the nurse told police.
